How to Shop and place an Order

MAILING YOUR ORDER TO US

Its easy fast and simple. Great for those who don't have credit cards for for those who would rather not use their credit cards online. We accept credit cards only through PayPal.

If your going to mail a check or money order simply print off our mail in order form. Fill out the information, attach your check or money order and slip it in the mail.

HOW TO ORDER ON-LINE:

To purchase items on-line simply follow the 6 steps provided below.

STEP 1:

Select the desired area of our on-line store that you wish to visit by clicking on the navigation on the left which can be found on each page of our on-line store. You can simply browse through each page as well if you'd like until you find what you would like. If you dont' see an item write us and we will let you know if we carry it. We carry the complete line of Pleaser SHoes, Demonia, Devious and Lucious however not all are on our site yet.

On each page where you will see the listing of the shoes for that area you can view all shoes by simply clicking on the first image. You will go to the page you clicked. Notice there is Previous - Home - Next above the image of the shoe. Thats your navigation for that section and you can go through each shoe rather than hitting back back back.

STEP 2.

When you have been directed to the desired area of our on-line store, view the small pictures that represent the items in the area. Click one time on the small picture that represents the desired item you wish to purchase.

This action will result another page appearing that will provide a larger picture of the item. When you done viewing that image, click back at the top of your toolbar.  Continue on.

STEP 3:

Click the "BUY" button one time. A small box will pop up asking if thats what you want, if it is click OK. Now you are in the Shopping Cart. There you will see detailed information of whats in your shopping cart. Don't worry if you made an error - just hit REMOVE and click back. Start over. If this is what you want click your GST or other location button. Click the button marked CHECKOUT. This action will result in the item being added to your order. Now you come to a page that lists your complete order with the taxes. The shipping costs are sent to you in a separate email because we want to make sure you are charged properly according to your location.


STEP 4:

You can remove an item from your order by clicking the “REMOVE”tab one time.

If you wish to purchase additional items, click the Back button at the top of your monitor, the items you purchased will remain in your cart until you check out unless you REMOVE them.


STEP 5:

On the screen displayed after you click the "BUY" button, instead of clicking the clicking BACK, click the "Check Out" button one time.

This action will display the check out portion of our order form requesting “ship to” information.

On this part of the order form, you will fill in the “ship to” information.

When you have entered the information, click the “SUBMIT ORDER ” button one time.

STEP 6:

This action will display a thank you note letting you know your going to receive a confirmation of your order.  Once you receive that email you will be invoice through your stated choice that you put in the comments box in the check out where you fill out your name and address. You will recieve an email from our staff shortly thereafter with an additional shipping charge of $ 12.00 - $18.00 shipping fees. If you have not requested a quote and are simply printing off the mail order form the mail order form will state your price.

We accept checks, certified checks, money orders and Hyperwallet and PayPal which you can use your credit card to make your payment.
