DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We ship via UPS and FedEx only and, unfortunately, neither carriers deliver to a PO Box.  We want the order to get to you fast  if it isn't in stock at the time of ordering.

All shipments are insured for the total cost of the order. UPS and FED EX are reliable delivery service. Delivery times to major USA is approximately 3 to 5 business days, please note these times are an estimate only not a guarantee as we cannot control passage.

P.O Boxes are not accepted by couriers.

We are happy to process orders via Money orders and certified checks. Checks that are not certified take more than 3 weeks to process. To ensure proper processing, create the order by adding items to the cart, or use the Mail Order Form to print out your order.  Then pop it in the mail with your certified check or money order. Print the order before proceeding to final checkout,   and if you don't have a printer simply write it out and attach it with your payment and send with Money Order or check to:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:

1. Merchandise was ordered directly from MLMs Images and supported by a MLMs Images invoice.

2. Merchandise is a manufacturer's defect, or a mistake made by MLMs Images as defined in No. 7, otherwise there is absolutely no return,

3. Merchandise must be returned within one (1) month of the invoice date. Returns after one (1) months of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of the invoice value. No returned merchandise will be accepted after 31 days from the invoice date.

4. Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging has any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed before returning; otherwise a 25% service charge will be assessed.

5. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in "new" condition.

6. Merchandise is not is not returnable if it is a “All Final Sales ” offers from MLMs Images. 

7. MLMs Images reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise’ sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.

Instructions For Returns

Enclose a note with the order number or name, and the stated request. All returns will be processed in strict accordance with our stated policies above, there will be no exceptions.

Customer assumes shipping costs to return merchandise. We will re-ship the product at no extra charge.

Note: If your footwear is returned back to us, and there is no manufactuer's default, and or you have ordered the wrong style after we check the order you sent there is no fault of MLMs Images. We will retain the footwear and there will be no refund period. We are not going to incurr the cost of returning your footwear until we have recieved your funds for shipping them back to you. This is final say!
