We use Canada Post and Canada Post Express Parcel for order not in stock at the tme the order is placed. We want the order to get to you fast if it isn't in stock at the time of ordering.

If your Canadian and live in Canada, we include all brokerage fees in the price you pay with your order so there are no surprises. This also includes USA customers. 

There are no surprises, the price you see is the price you pay plus shipping to your home. All shipments are insured for the total cost of the order. Canada Post provides reliable delivery service. Delivery times to major Canadian is approximately 2 to 3 business days, please note these times are an estimate only not a guarantee as we cannot control passage.
